Delivery Areas

We currently ship to all addresses within Australia, including PO Boxes and parcel lockers.

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday)
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account or contacting our support team.

Returns Policy

Change of Mind Returns

We offer a 30-day change of mind return policy. Items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging with all components
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product:

• Has a major fault
• Does not match the description or sample
• Does not do what we said it would
• Is not fit for its normal purpose

For faulty items, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement.

How to Return an Item

2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. Wait for return authorisation and instructions
4. Pack the item securely and ship to the provided address

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please follow our returns process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing and guarantees availability.
