We offer Standard Shipping for $9.95 AUD and Express Shipping for $14.95 AUD. Orders over $75 AUD qualify for FREE standard shipping Australia-wide!
Standard delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location. Express shipping usually arrives within 2-5 business days for metro areas. Remote areas may take slightly longer.
Currently, we only ship within Australia. We're working on expanding to New Zealand and other regions in the future. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also log into your account to view order status and tracking details.
We accept returns for unopened and undamaged products within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in its original packaging. Please contact our support team at support@slaygamesaustralia.com to initiate a return.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
